Extras.tv — Membership & Data Protection Agreement

1. Membership information

I will provide accurate information and will update my profile when necessary. I understand that extras.tv may request reasonable verification of information to protect the integrity and security of the platform.

2. Profile publication

I understand that extras.tv enables performer profiles to be displayed publicly. I have reviewed the information that will be made public through my chosen profile and understand that public information may be viewed by casting professionals, production companies, members of the public and search engines.

I understand that information copied or indexed by third parties may not be capable of immediate removal.

3. Collection and use of information

I understand that extras.tv collects and processes personal information to administer my account, provide the services I request, maintain my profile, manage membership and payments where applicable, communicate with me, protect the platform and comply with legal obligations.

I have been provided with access to the extras.tv Privacy Notice, which explains the purposes and lawful bases for processing, the recipients of information, retention arrangements and my data protection rights.

4. Free and paid membership

I understand that extras.tv may offer free and paid membership options and that the features, fees and conditions applicable to my selected option will be explained before purchase.

I understand that membership does not guarantee casting opportunities, auditions, employment, selection for a production or earnings unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Use of photographs and submitted content

I confirm that I have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the photographs and other content I provide.

I grant extras.tv a non-exclusive permission to host and display my submitted content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate my profile and the services I have selected, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice.

6. Age confirmation

I confirm that I am aged 18 or over and that my age declaration is accurate.

I understand that extras.tv is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over, that parental or guardian permission does not override this age restriction, and that extras.tv may request reasonable evidence of age and may suspend or close an account where a member is under 18 or has misrepresented their age.

7. Data protection rights

I understand that I may exercise the data protection rights available to me under applicable law, including requesting access to or correction of my information and, where applicable, requesting erasure or restriction of processing.

8. Account security and conduct

I agree not to misuse the platform, submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person or use information obtained through extras.tv for unlawful purposes.

I will take reasonable steps to protect my account credentials and notify extras.tv if I suspect unauthorised access.

9. Agreement to the Terms & Conditions

I confirm that I have had the opportunity to read the extras.tv Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.

I acknowledge receipt of the Privacy Notice. This acknowledgement does not constitute blanket consent to all processing of personal information.

Where extras.tv requires my consent for a particular optional activity, such as promotional marketing, that consent will be requested separately.
