4.3. Public profiles may be viewed by casting professionals, production companies, other visitors and members of the public. Profiles may also be indexed by search engines.

4.4. You should carefully consider the information you publish. Do not include your home address, private contact information or other sensitive personal information in public profile fields.

4.5. You are responsible for ensuring that photographs and other materials you upload do not infringe the rights of another person.

4.6. We may remove, restrict or amend access to profile content where reasonably necessary because of a legal requirement, a security or safeguarding concern, a complaint or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.7. You may request corrections to your profile or the removal of information from public display by contacting us or using the relevant account controls, where available.

4.8. Removing content from extras.tv may not immediately remove copies held by third parties, search engines, archives or other websites. We cannot guarantee the removal of material outside our control.

5. Membership options and fees

6.2. Registration, the creation of a profile or payment for membership does not guarantee that you will receive casting enquiries, invitations to auditions, selection for productions, employment, paid work or any particular level of earnings.

6.3. We do not guarantee that casting directors, production companies, agents or other third parties will view your profile or contact you.

6.4. Any engagement, audition, employment or other arrangement offered by a third party is subject to the terms agreed between you and that third party.

6.5. You should independently verify the identity and legitimacy of anyone offering work and exercise caution before sharing additional personal information or making payments.

7. Member conduct

When using extras.tv, you agree:

• Not to impersonate another person or create fraudulent or misleading profiles.
• Not to upload unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive or infringing content.
• Not to harass, exploit, threaten or discriminate against other users.

• Not to misuse information obtained through the website or use it for unlawful purposes.
